About Coach & Kim

We help leaders grow from the inside first.

You want a team that trusts each other, communicates under pressure, and carries culture without being managed into it. But teams take their cues from the patterns their leaders bring into the room, patterns that live in the mind and body and rarely respond to another policy. We're Scott and Kim Job, and our training works at that level, so the change your organization needs actually holds.

Scott and Kim Job working together

A duo with two decades behind it

We've been building businesses and coaching people through growth since 2004. Along the way we kept seeing the same truth inside organizations of every size: strategy fails where the leader's internal patterns take over. Pressure reveals them. Conflict amplifies them. Teams absorb them.

So our work starts where culture actually starts, inside the leader. We teach the Neuroscience of Self Leadership, bridging trauma-informed practice, science, and grounded business strategy, and we bring a practical, no-fluff approach that helps people grow from the inside first.

When leaders change, teams change. We've built our whole practice on that sentence.
